Pricing
To bring our team to you, we charge a minimum hire fee of £500, including VAT. This covers wages, transport and associated costs. Food and agreed extras are charged separately.
Your quote depends on your location, service hours, guest numbers and any extra equipment. Get in touch for current pricing.
We do not add a service charge. A £500 deposit and accepted booking agreement secure your date. The deposit is credited towards your final bill—it is not an additional hire charge.

The Drinks

Drinks can be pre-ordered or purchased during the event under the arrangements agreed for your booking. Unless otherwise agreed, alcohol is supplied only. Bar staff and glass hire can be arranged separately.

How to Book!

We’ll check availability and the cooking setup, then confirm your hire fee, food, extras and booking terms.
3. Secure your date
A £500 deposit and an accepted booking agreement are required to secure your date. The deposit is credited towards your final bill—it is not an additional hire charge.
4. Finalise food and payment
All food must be pre-ordered and paid for before the event. Final food choices and dietary requirements are due at least 14 days beforehand, along with payment for food and agreed pre-event extras, less your deposit.
5. Get ready for the day
We’ll agree access, setup, service timings, drinks arrangements and your event-day contact.
FAQs
How much does catering cost?
Our hire fee starts at £500 including VAT, with food and agreed extras charged separately. We’ll confirm a quote for your event. There is no service charge.
Is the deposit an extra fee?
No. The £500 deposit is credited towards your final bill. Your date is secured once we have received it and your accepted booking agreement.
When do we confirm food and pay?
Final food choices and dietary requirements are due at least 14 days before the event, along with payment for food and agreed pre-event extras, less your deposit. Contact us first for shorter-notice bookings.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Special requests are considered case by case with advance notice. We bake bread on the premises and cannot cater for coeliacs. We do not offer gluten-free bread. Salads and bowl food can be discussed as alternatives, but are not suitable for coeliacs.
What does our venue need?
We’ll check access, the cooking area, ventilation or extraction, and any equipment requirements with you before confirming. Please obtain your venue’s permission for our setup.
Can we add oysters, canapés or a workshop?
Yes, subject to availability and advance agreement. Ask for the latest pricing for Rogues oyster bars and canapés, or our Make Your Own Sarnie Workshop.
Can we cancel or change our booking?
Cancellation by the client: the £500 booking deposit is non-refundable. Payments made for food and agreed extras are fully refundable if written cancellation is received more than six weeks (42 days) before the event date. If written cancellation is received 42 days or fewer before the event date, the £500 booking deposit and any payments already made for food and agreed extras are non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer rights. For bookings made within 42 days of the event, this applies from the time the deposit is paid. The deposit remains credited towards the final bill when the event goes ahead.
Does a venue-hire minimum spend apply?
External catering is quoted separately from private hire at Rogue Sarnies. Your proposal sets out your event’s agreed charges.
