Pricing
To bring our team to you, we charge a minimum hire fee of £500. This covers stuff like wages, transportation, and other associated costs.
The fee may increase depending on the specifics of the event, for example, if you’d like us to work into the early hours, travel to remote locations, or handle multi-day events that require additional resources like mobile refrigeration.
Once the hire fee has been sorted the prices for the sarnies are charged on top.

The Food
Check out our full sarnie menu below, including prices, allergens, and all the tasty details. If you’re feeling creative, we’d love to help you design your very own custom sarnie for your event – just let us know!
We also offer a Build Your Own Sarnie Workshop for up to 6 guests. Our chef will bring your delicious ideas to life in our development kitchen, right in front of your eyes, and you’ll have the chance to lend a hand (if you fancy!). All while enjoying the finest Moët Champagne and Noam beers.
Please note that all food must be pre-ordered, with the final call for food orders being 14 days prior to your event. The final invoice for your event will also be due at that time.
The Drinks
Want us to take care of your drinks too?
We’ve got you covered! We can arrange an entire selection of drinks for your event, including wine on tap, slushie machine cocktails, beers, Champagne, and more – all priced competitively.
Please note, unless otherwise agreed, the alcohol will be supplied only. However, we can also provide bar staff to serve drinks and arrange glass hire if needed.

How to Book!
Fill out the form below with the dates you’re after and the location and timings of your event plus rough quantities of guest we would be feeding. We’ll get back to you with our proposed hire fee for the event and and ask for any extra info we need before locking things in.
To secure your booking, you’ll need to:
Sign our hire agreement
Pay the agreed hire fee
Final invoices for all food and drink are due 14 days before the event, along with your confirmed food & drink choices and any dietary requirements.
Thinking about adding a Build-Your-Own Sarnie Workshop? That needs to be booked and paid for separately – and it must happen at least 14 days before your event.
