How to order
1. Choose your platters
Browse the live platter menu and select the food and quantities for your group.
2. Check delivery availability
Enter your address and choose an available delivery date and time in the store. If your preferred option is unavailable, contact us before ordering.
3. Add the details we need
Include your delivery contact, phone number and clear access instructions. Tell us about allergies or special requests in advance so we can confirm what is possible.
4. Pay and look out for confirmation
Complete checkout and check your order confirmation. Make sure someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed address and time.
A larger order or something bespoke?
Planning a bigger event, need a particular delivery time, or have a special request? Get in touch with your event date, delivery postcode, guest numbers, budget and what you have in mind. We consider special requests on a case-by-case basis with advance notice.
We’ll confirm availability, your order, delivery arrangements, payment requirements and applicable terms before you commit.

Where and when do you deliver?
Check the online store for available addresses, dates and delivery slots. For an address or timing outside the options shown, contact us before placing your order.
How much notice do you need?
Available dates and ordering cutoffs are shown in the store. For larger or bespoke orders, give us as much notice as possible so we can confirm availability.
Where can I see the menu and prices?
Our live platter store shows the current selection and pricing. Delivery charges and the total for standard orders are shown at checkout.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Special requests are considered case by case with advance notice. We bake bread on the premises and cannot cater for coeliacs. We do not offer gluten-free bread. Salads and bowl food can be discussed as alternatives, but are not suitable for coeliacs. Please contact us about allergies and dietary requirements before ordering.
Do I need to pay a £500 deposit?
Standard platter orders are paid through the online store. For bespoke event orders, we’ll confirm the booking and payment requirements in your proposal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference. The applicable order terms and preparation stage will determine what changes are possible.
