A space of your own upstairs, with seating across four tables and the bar counter. Downstairs remains open for other customers or another booking.
Exclusive hire — up to 70 guests
Both floors, just for your group. Exclusive hire includes upstairs and downstairs, with no other customers in the venue. Downstairs cannot be hired separately because access to upstairs passes through it. We’ll agree a layout to suit your event; 70 is the total event capacity, rather than a seated dining capacity.

Keep the party going until midnight
An evening extension to midnight is available for an additional £200, including VAT. This fee does not contribute towards your minimum spend. Please request it at least two weeks in advance. Extensions are subject to confirmation and the necessary Temporary Event Notice (TEN).
Pricing and securing your booking
These hire rates apply to events from 11 September 2026 to 31 January 2027 inclusive.
All advertised minimum spends and hire fees include VAT. We do not add a service charge.
A £500 deposit and an accepted booking agreement are required to secure your date. The deposit is credited towards your final bill—it is not an additional hire charge.
All food must be pre-ordered and paid for before the event. Final food choices and dietary requirements are due at least 14 days beforehand, along with payment for food and agreed pre-event extras, less your deposit.
Drinks can be pre-ordered or purchased during the event under the arrangements agreed for your booking.
If your group does not reach the minimum spend, the organiser must pay the shortfall before leaving the venue.

How to book!
1. Tell us about your plans
Send your preferred date, lunch/dinner/all-day slot, space, guest numbers, occasion and any special requests. Let us know if you’d like a midnight finish.
2. Review your booking proposal
We’ll confirm availability, the minimum spend, timings, food and drink arrangements, any extras and your booking terms. An enquiry does not reserve your date. When you’re ready to book, we can check availability and offer a 48-hour provisional hold while you accept the agreement and pay the £500 deposit. We’ll confirm the exact expiry in writing; if those steps aren’t complete by then, the hold expires and the slot becomes available to other enquiries.
3. Secure your date
Accept the booking agreement and pay the £500 deposit. We’ll ask for your billing name or company, billing address and postcode, invoice email and any purchase order reference.
4. Finalise your food and extras
Send final food choices and dietary requirements at least 14 days before your event, and pay for food and agreed pre-event extras, less your deposit. Agree your drinks arrangements with us too.
5. Enjoy your event
We’ll take care of the agreed food and drinks. The organiser settles the outstanding bill and any minimum-spend shortfall before leaving.
Private hire FAQs
Can we bring a cake?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring an external cake as long as your minimum-spend requirements are met. The cake does not count towards that spend.
Can we decorate the space?
Yes, with no permanent fixtures or sticky tape. Glitter and confetti are not allowed. Please agree setup and removal times with us in advance.
Can we choose the music or bring a DJ?
We have a great sound system. Send us your Spotify playlists before the event. DJs are welcome by prior arrangement and must bring their own decks and monitor speakers.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Special requests can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis with advance notice. We bake bread on the premises and cannot cater for coeliacs. We do not offer gluten-free bread. Salads and bowl food can be discussed as alternatives, but are not suitable for coeliacs. Please tell us about all allergies and dietary requirements before ordering.
Can we bring other suppliers or our own alcohol?
Please discuss external suppliers with us in advance. External alcohol requires our written agreement.
What if we do not reach the minimum spend?
If your group does not reach the minimum spend, the organiser must pay the shortfall before leaving the venue.
Can we cancel or change our booking?
Cancellation by the client: the £500 deposit is refundable if written cancellation is received more than six weeks (42 days) before the event date. Payments made for food and agreed extras are fully refundable if written cancellation is received more than six weeks (42 days) before the event date. If written cancellation is received 42 days or fewer before the event date, the £500 booking deposit and any payments already made for food and agreed extras are non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer rights. For bookings made within 42 days of the event, this applies from the time the deposit is paid. The deposit remains credited towards the final bill when the event goes ahead.
What if our event is less than 14 days away?
Please contact us before booking. We’ll confirm whether we can accommodate your event and agree any required ordering and payment deadlines.
Can you help with access requirements?
The mezzanine is upstairs. Tell us about any access needs when you enquire so we can discuss the space and layout before you book.
